Welcome to DBIRD (dbird.app) — a product owned and operated by Happy Coders Private Limited (happycoders.in). By using our website, browser extensions, and related services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Our browser extensions — DBird Dual Subtitles for Microsoft Teams, DBird Dual Subtitles for Zoom, and DBird AI Assistant — provide enhanced productivity features within supported web platforms. DBird Dual Subtitles enables users to view live captions translated into multiple languages using Chrome’s built-in translation capabilities, with all subtitle processing handled locally in the browser and no audio or meeting data collected. DBird AI Assistant allows users to rephrase, rewrite, and generate clean, professional text across websites such as Gmail, LinkedIn, Notion, and X; it only processes text that the user manually selects or submits, and this text is sent securely to our AI engine solely for generating improved writing suggestions and is never stored. All DBird extensions operate strictly within granted permissions and do not track user activity, store personal information, or collect browsing data beyond what is required for core functionality.
2. Account
To access premium features, you must create an account on dbird.app using native signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
3. Subscription & Payments
- Premium subscriptions are processed securely via Razorpay for Happy Coders Private Limited.
- All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) by default. Currency conversions to Euro (€) and Indian Rupees (₹) are approximate and based on current market rates.
- Payments are billed in INR (₹) by Razorpay.
- Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless cancelled.
- All displayed prices include applicable taxes. No additional platform fees are charged during checkout.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting info@happycoders.in. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
5. No Warranties
Our Services depend on Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Chrome’s translation system. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or translation accuracy.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, names, and designs under DBIRD belong to Happy Coders Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our extensions without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, including translation errors or browser limitations.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
