Refund and Returns Policy

Effective Date: October 26, 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all digital subscriptions purchased through dbird.app and its browser extensions, operated by Happy Coders Private Limited.

1. Digital Products

DBIRD offers digital-only services (no physical products). Once premium access or a subscription is activated, it cannot be returned.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through your dbird.app account or by contacting info@happycoders.in.
  • Access remains active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not available once a subscription period has started.
  • Exceptions may apply only for verified technical issues or duplicate payments, subject to support approval.

4. Payment Gateway

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay on behalf of Happy Coders Private Limited. We do not store card or bank details. Razorpay is fully PCI-DSS compliant.

All prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes. The amount you see is the total price you will be charged.

5. Currency & Conversion

All prices are displayed in US Dollars ($) by default, with options to view approximate prices in Euro (€) or Indian Rupees (₹) using the site’s currency converter.
Regardless of the display currency, all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (₹) by Razorpay for Happy Coders Private Limited.
International cardholders may see currency conversion on their statements, as their issuing bank will convert the INR charge to their local currency based on its exchange rate and policies.
Any refunds will be issued in INR (₹) and converted back automatically by the customer’s bank.
Razorpay and Happy Coders Private Limited are not responsible for exchange rate variations or additional bank transaction fees.
